Investment - Land Acquisitions

JPBE seeks to acquire land for residential and commercial development. JPBE relies on a proven methodology for identifying land investment opportunities:

• Identify regions with economic indicators that support long-term residential growth;
• Establish relationships with local planning and zoning staff, legal counsel, engineering consultants, developers, brokerage firms, zoning boards and other organizations that will be utilized in identifying and fulfilling successful land development opportunities;
• Identify local operating partner with strong local ties;
• Test market hypothesis through acquisition and development of "low-risk" opportunities; and
• Invest financial and human resources for the regional opportunity.

JPBE focuses its land investment efforts throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, but will consider other regions where market dynamics suggest new growth opportunities. (Land case studies coming soon)
