JPBE will consider development, both speculative
and build-to-suit, of various commercial product
types, but will have a preference for the following:
- Big box, strip center, and free standing retail.

JPBE will consider opportunities throughout the
Baltimore/ Washington MSA. Geographical preference
by product type is as follows:·
- Office and flex product's in suburban, high
growth markets and downtown redevelopment districts;
and
- Retail - primary or secondary suburban markets.
