ourselves accessible to the tenants and by taking a
pro-active approach towards identifying and eliminating
potential issues, before they arise. Consequently, our
tenants are able to focus efforts on running their respective

Staff
In order to maximize operating value
for both our internal portfolio and our clients, JPBE
maintains a staff with real estate expertise that includes

- Financing relationships;
- Creative deal structuring;
- Lease review and lease abstract
preparation;
- Clear and concise financial reporting;
- Operating budget review and assessment;
- Vendor negotiation and contract
review;
- Leasing/marketing; and
- Full time maintenance staff, providing
immediate response capabilities and proper maintenance
of mechanical systems.
