JPB Enterprises,Inc. (“JPBE”), is a privately owned investment bank located in Columbia,
Maryland. Founded in 1995 by J.P. Bolduc, former President and Chief Executive
Officer of W. R.Grace & Co., the Company provides a full range of investment banking
services, in both a principal and agency role, to middle market companies and entrepreneurs
in the Mid-Atlantic region.
